- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas may take longer.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free for all orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Free for all orders.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website.
6. Failed Deliveries & Reshipment
- If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, our courier partner will make two additional attempts.
- In case of repeated failed attempts, the order will be returned to us, and a reshipping fee may apply.
7. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Once shipped, no changes can be made.
